Product Return Policy - All items to be returned must have an RMA number. The returned products must be unused in order to receive credit towards future purchases. Credit will be issued upon receipt of product. Callcare does not give cash refunds. Our restocking charges are as follows:
• Custom Orders: Items that are made specifically for your order cannot be returned. This includes all breath activated call cords.
• Special Orders: Items not stocked by Callcare and ordered specifically for your order will have a restocking charge.
• All other items: No restocking charge if returned within 60 days from ship date. Returns over 60 days will be subject to Callcare approval.
