Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Prices - Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices billed will be those in effect at time of shipment.

 

2. Credit Terms - Net 30 Days upon credit approval, C.O.D. or Pre-Payment with Credit Card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover).

 

3. FOB - Shipping Point.  Orders are shipped "freight prepaid" unless otherwise specified.  All shipments are shipped "Ground" unless requested otherwise.  Shipping charges are added at the time of invoicing and are not estimated on the website.

 

4. Claims - Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made immediately with Callcare on "freight prepaid" shipments, or with the carrier for "freight collect" shipments.

 

5. Minimum Order - Callcare has a minimum order value of $15.00. Orders less than $15.00 will have a handling charge added to the order to increase it to $15.00.

 

6. Product Return Policy - All items to be returned must have an RMA number. The returned products must be unused in order to receive credit towards future purchases.  Credit will be issued upon receipt of product.  Callcare does not give cash refunds.  Our restocking charges are as follows:

•  Custom Orders:  Items that are made specifically for your order cannot be returned. This includes all breath activated call cords.

•  Special Orders:  Items not stocked by Callcare and ordered specifically for your order will have a restocking charge.

•  All other items:  No restocking charge if returned within 60 days from ship date. Returns over 60 days will be subject to Callcare approval.

 

7. Warranty - All items manufactured and sold by Callcare carry a lifetime warranty against failure caused solely by defective workmanship or material. Items sold by Callcare, but manufactured by another company will carry the warranty provided by the original manufacturer.  Products requiring repair or replacement due to improper use, as determined by Callcare, are excluded under this warranty. In the event of any claimed failure of an item caused solely by defective workmanship or material, the customer must call for an RMA number in advance.  Should our examination disclose that the item has failed due to causes stated above, we will replace/repair the item or return to the buyer the price paid for the item.  The resolutions described above shall be the buyer's sole and exclusive recourse and no claims for consequential damages or for other damages will be allowed.
